How long until my order ships?

Every piece is made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for production. Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes another 5–8 business days.

What are your textiles made from?

Our cushion covers are a 58% cotton / 42% polyester blend — chosen for the soft, nubby hand of linen with better shape retention and far less wrinkling than pure linen.

Do cushion covers come with an insert?

No — covers are sold on their own and fit a standard 18" x 18" insert.

How do I care for my pieces?

Machine wash cold and tumble dry low. The weave softens with every wash.

Can I return something?

Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind on color or size. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Production begins as soon as an order is placed, so orders can't be changed or cancelled after checkout.
